I. Methods of after-sales service provided by the Company

2. Replacement service: Within the replacement period, if there are quality problems caused by the manufacturer, the user can go to the dealer for free replacement (appearance damage, for warranty treatment).

3. Warranty service: If there is any quality problem of the product within the warranty period, users can enjoy the warranty service at the local after-sales service center; There is no local after-sales service center, users can entrust dealers for warranty services.

4. Maintenance service: In case of quality problems during the maintenance period, users can go to the local after-sales service center or entrust dealers for maintenance services.

Ii. From the date of purchase, if quality problems occur in the normal use of the product:

1. The whole machine is replaced within three months, free warranty within one year, limited maintenance within three years.

2. Free two-year warranty for parts damage.

Note:

1. The purchase date shall be subject to the purchase invoice date (if there is no purchase invoice, the production date shall be subject to).

2. The company does not undertake after-sales service obligations for products without bar code and serial number.

3. Quality problems do not include users' subjective objections to sound quality and timbre.

4. Replacement and warranty services are only valid for general use: All artificial damage (such as the user's own disassembly, improper connection, access to the power supply of inappropriate voltage, not according to the instructions, etc.), damage caused by transportation and other accidents, natural disasters and other force majeure, maintenance and modification not approved by the company are not covered by the replacement, free warranty; Appropriate charges for maintenance services.

5. For the service of discontinued products, our company only makes functional repair (the appearance may be different from the original product).
