I. Overview
SJ series biaxial stirring humidifier, absorb the advantages of similar domestic products and reasonable suggestions of users, and the long-term use of users proved that the technical indicators have reached the use requirements, is an ideal dry ash humidification equipment.
Working principle: The material enters the box through the feed port through the electric air lock feeder. The two blades rotate and stir the humidifying material synchronously with the left and right spiral distribution of the leaf axis, and push the humidified material continuously to the discharge port. The moisture content of the material after humidification is 15~25%, which can be adjusted.
This machine has the following main advantages:
1, the shaft seal adopts multi-groove maze and packing combination seal, reliable seal, and light wear on the shaft;
2, output (per hour maximum stirring humidification 200t), uniform humidification, reliable work;
3. Combined atomizing nozzle and adjustable water supply system can ensure uniform humidification of materials;
4. Mixing blade is made of iron-based wear-resistant alloy or composite ceramics, with long service life;
5, the layout is flexible, there are two forms of chain drive and coupling shaft drive.
