2. Hinge fork type scraper

The scraper and chain adopts hinged fork type bolt-free connection. It is convenient to disassemble and adjust the distance between the scraper. There are no loose and rust prevention disadvantages of bolt connection and rigid connection constraints. The "pellet" type coupling is set to minimize the wear of the hinge fork; The section of Angle steel scraper is closed triangle, high strength, no ash accumulation; The scraper face is inlaid with 65Mn flat steel bar, which is resistant to wear and greatly improves the service life.

3. All cast stone lining board is adopted at the bottom of the bin of the slag dredging machine

9. Driving mechanism

Hydraulic motor or motor drive can be selected, hydraulic motor or frequency conversion motor two driving modes to meet the different needs of the power plant.

The hydraulic motor drives the variable pump by adjusting the flow rate to achieve stepless change; Small motor inertia, impact load resistance; Large starting torque, strong starting ability; Fast and frequent start-stop, positive and negative rotation.

10. Driving wheel shaft

With a slag screen, can effectively remove the slag of the return scraper; The auxiliary chain removal device can help the chain to be removed from the sprocket.

The motor is connected with the spindle through a locking disc, and the torque is transmitted by static friction force.
