Air-cooled dry slag removal system is continuous operation of air-cooled dry slag conveying machine, high temperature slag continuously falls on the conveyor belt of the slag conveying machine, high temperature ash slag moves on the conveyor belt at a low speed, under the action of negative pressure (for pulverized coal boilers, the normal operating state of the furnace is negative pressure), A small amount of controlled environmental cold air is reversely entered into the air-cooled dry slagging machine, so that the ash and slag are gradually cooled by the wind in the conveying steel belt, and gradually complete the combustion. The cold air and the high temperature ash slag carry out sufficient heat exchange, the air will absorb the boiler radiant heat and ash sensible heat, the air temperature rises to about 340℃ (equivalent to the boiler secondary air supply temperature), the slag cooling temperature drops to about 100 ~ 200℃. The influence of cooling air volume on boiler air intake volume is generally controlled within the allowable air excess coefficient, so the hot air after temperature rise can be transported to the furnace, and has no influence on the normal operation of the boiler. However, if the boiler air excess coefficient requirements are strict, hot air can also be transported to the boiler air supply system for reuse. The cooling air content ≯ 1% boiler combustion engine is usually required. Air temperature in incoming furnace At 340℃, the cooling air volume can increase to 1.5 ~ 2%.
